01 · The story

Insurance is supposed to be personal, but in Nigeria it rarely feels that way. People don’t wake up thinking about cover. They think about school fees, rent and the future they haven’t fully figured out.

The brief was to relaunch Prudential Zenith with a renewed identity and message, and to build awareness, reach and qualified leads. The challenge: remind people that planning ahead is an act of love, and make a financial product feel like an emotional decision.

02 · The work

  1. A strategic reset, not just a campaign. This was about relevance, not visibility.
  2. A perspective, not a product. You Matter: Prudential Zenith’s promise to put its customers’ well-being first. Not a tagline, but a truth that cuts across media, culture and behaviour.
  3. The film. A TV commercial we took from pre-production to post: one family through the milestones they build together, from a dinner for two to a traditional wedding, a baby shower and a daughter’s birthday.
  4. Out of home. Supporting the life you’re building together: the family and the line on large-format billboards.
  5. Radio, social and search. A radio spot written and produced for national airwaves, customer testimonial content on social, and Google search and display ads that turned attention into visits and leads.
  6. Recognition. Second place for Financial Institution of the Year at the Nigerian Marketing Awards 2025.
